Glycol Chillers
Our standalone air-cooled chillers, equipped with integrated pump and tank systems, are specifically engineered to efficiently remove heat from the process being cooled and transfer it to the surrounding ambient air. Designed for reliability and performance, these chillers provide consistent temperature control, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where efficient heat dissipation is essential.
Glycol chillers utilize a glycol-water mixture as the heat transfer fluid, offering significant advantages over traditional water-only chillers. By lowering the freezing point of the coolant, glycol allows these systems to operate reliably at much lower temperatures, making them especially suited for applications requiring sub-ambient cooling, freeze protection, and precise thermal control. The antifreeze properties of glycol protect internal components and piping from ice formation in environments exposed to temperature extremes or rapid cool-down cycles, enhancing system durability and uptime.
In addition to robust thermal performance, glycol chillers are highly valued for their versatility and efficiency across industries such as biotech, food and beverage processing, data centers, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The glycol blend resists corrosion and inhibits microbial growth — a key benefit in sensitive applications like beverage fermentation, cold-storage workflows, and continuous process cooling. This combination of reliable low-temperature operation and fluid stability ensures consistent temperature control, helping facilities maintain product quality and process integrity with minimal maintenance.
