Supply Chain Management Procurement

The Supply Chain Procurement Specialist oversees the full acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing vendors and negotiating contracts to purchasing goods and optimizing inventory levels. They analyze market trends, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, plant managers, accounting etc. to maintain cost-effective and reliable supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Research potential suppliers, conduct, and negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Purchasing & Supplier Management: Place purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, resolve invoice inquiries and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Analyze demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels, reducing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Cost Saving Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives and streamline procurement processes to increase efficiency.
- Logistics: Implementation of logistic strategies, tracking goods from supplier to warehouse.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration preferred.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate to achieve optimal cost savings.
- Communication: Communicating cross-functionally between multiple departments.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review data, identify trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.

Machine Assembler
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electromechanical components in a production environment while ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to read technical drawings, and committed to efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components according to engineering specifications and production schedules
- Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and general assembly drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, torch, and shop equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
- Install piping, fixtures, and related components to build complete systems or subassemblies
- Perform layout work including drilling, tapping, reaming, and cutting materials
- Align and fit components to ensure proper function and tolerances
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly or production issues and communicate with supervisors as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines
- Cut, fit, and braze copper fittings, stainless fittings, and refrigeration components
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the HVAC field
- Technical or trade school training
- Industrial machine assembly experience

Panel Builder
Assemble custom electrical control panels in an efficient manner. Assemblers must have the ability to follow and understand assembly instruction, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. Must be able to layout and mount components.
Must be able to wire assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists. Maintain working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, IEC.
- Must have ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics
- Communicate on an equal level with electrical designers
- Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards
- Check work to ensure error-free products
- Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor on completion of the project
- Maintain a neat, efficient and safe workplace
- Provide all tools necessary to perform the job function
- Proper PPE as required at all times

Procurement/Inventory Assistant

Our procurement/Inventory assistant will split time to assist in our purchasing and inventory departments and assist each as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Create, process and track purchase orders
Updating the team about delays or problems with suppliers
Communicate with suppliers over the phone and via email regarding delivery dates, orders and returns
Maintaining records of supplier contracts
Monitor stock levels and assist with counts
Maintaining strong relationships with peers and vendors
Resolving invoice queries
Checking in freight and small packages
Putting away and organizing incoming inventory
Ability to operate fork trucks, pallet jacks, and lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to move, climb, and do work on a ladder
Knowing and using safe lifting techniques and maintaining a safe work environment
Skills required:
Experienced with MS Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of procurement software and logistics
Professionally communicating with suppliers and peers
Organized and ability to prioritize workload
High attention to detail
